iovation ReputationManager
iovation ReputationManager is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that combines iovation's powerful device identification and reputation management platform to protect online businesses against fraud and abuse. Using the reputation of Internet-enabled devices, ReputationManager exposes cybercriminals and abusers so they can no longer hide behind multiple identities once their device has been associated with fraud or abuse in iovation's device reputation repository.
iovation ReputationManager provides the following capabilities:
- ReputationShield™ Device Identification: Without requiring software downloads or impact to the user's experience, ReputationShield technology offers the industry's most accurate device identification/fingerprinting by combining device parameters and sophisticated pattern matching techniques.
- Fact-based Fraud Management: Reputation of an Internet-enabled device is developed and maintained by the system based on its transaction activity. Fraudulent or abusive activity is identified without any false positives to prevent the risk of alienating good users.
- Uncovering Hidden Associations: Suspicious associations are uncovered when multiple devices access a common account or a single device is used to access multiple accounts. If any one of the associated devices and accounts are fraudulent, they can all be flagged in real-time, giving fraud managers a very powerful tool for managing fraud and abuse.
- IP Geolocation Data: The IP location data can be used for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance enforcement. The data is displayed through the system's administrative console for forensic analysis of suspicious transactions. Subscribers can also query the system in real-time for transaction IP risk assessment.
- Analysis and Reports: Using the system's administrative console, fraud managers can submit statements of reputation against devices, accounts, or transactions based on confirmed fraud. Velocity and suspicious activity reports can be produced to detect hidden associations and patterns between accounts, transactions and devices to stop fraud.
- Reputation Sharing: Subscribers can share device reputation intelligence with other subscribers and can choose to take real-time action based on shared reputation to proactively defend against fraud and abuse by known offenders.
- Privacy Protection: Protects customers' privacy by not collecting any personally identifiable information (PII).
