Chris Stone
Board Member
Chris brings 28 years of software technology business and management experience to iovation’s board. Currently the CEO of SiCortex, a provider of high performance computer systems for scientific and engineering applications, Chris spent six years at Novell, where he held several senior executive positions. As executive vice president of corporate strategy and development and vice chairman for the office of the CEO, he was responsible for all aspects of Novell’s business operations, including the Identity Management team that pioneered directory technology, single sign-on and Security software. He also led the formation of the $50 million Novell Venture Fund. Prior to SiCortex, Chris was president and CEO for all global operations for StreamServe, a European document management company. He also founded and was CEO of The Object Management Group, creators of the CORBA software standard, and Tilion, Inc. Chris spent over nine years at Data General working on the first multi-user office systems. In 1999, Ziff Davis Publishing named Stone to the list of “Smart Top 50” people in high tech. Red Herring placed him on its “Top Ten Entrepreneurs” list in 2001, and in 2003, he received the overall Top Innovator and Top Linux Open Source Award from VarBusiness Magazine. Chris also serves on the advisory board of EPIC Ventures. He holds an AMP/MBA from Harvard Business School.

Harry DiSimone
Board Member
DiSimone brings extensive senior executive management experience in financial services, operations and systems management, post-merger business integrations, business development, marketing, partner and segment marketing, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions to iovation’s board. During his 30-year tenure at JPMorgan Chase, DiSimone held various senior level positions including COO of Chase’s credit card business, International Consumer business executive, Retail Bank CMO, and Personal Financial Services business executive. At the time of his retirement from the bank in February 2008, Harry led Chase’s Retail/Private Label business operating card and loyalty programs for some of the largest retailers in the U.S. and Canada, while also representing Chase’s interests in Chase Paymentech, LLC, the world’s largest merchant acquirer. DiSimone has served as a board member, chairman, and director for several key financial industry institutions and committees including Chase Paymentech, the Direct Marketing Association, NYCE Corporation, the MasterCard U.S. Business Committee, Visa Global Advisors, and the New York Clearing House Strategy Committee. He is currently the founder and CEO of Commerce Advisors, Inc., a consulting and advisory services firm focused on the Retail Financial Services and Payment Industries.

Greg Pierson
CEO and Co-Founder
Greg has over 20 years of experience focused on building real-time business systems. As the co-founder and CEO of iovation, Greg is the visionary leader behind the use of reputation systems to prevent fraud and abuse of online services. He has an active role in iovation’s business development and strategizing the company’s fraud management services to the marketplace on a global scale. A serial entrepreneur, Greg previously founded ieLogic, a pioneer in online community technology within the online gaming market. He has a strong passion for developing leading fraud fighting solutions that make the Internet a safer place to do business and communicate. A forward-thinker in the areas of Internet security, online privacy and fraud management, Greg is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows across the globe, where he speaks on various topics including fraud management and emerging technologies that protect online environments against fraud and abuse. Greg holds a B.S. in business administration and a B.S. in economics from Oregon State University.

Jon Karl
Vice President, Business Development and Co-Founder
Jon is an experienced entrepreneur who, along with Greg Pierson, co-founded two companies, ieLogic and iovation. As vice president of business development for iovation, Jon has an active role in defining the company’s business strategy, sales and channel development, and the development of iovation’s fraud management services to meet market demand on a global scale. At ieLogic, Jon was instrumental in creating and driving the company brand and technology innovation that led to the company's successful sale in just five years. Prior to ieLogic, Jon was a marketing executive and consultant working with international brands such as Hewlett Packard. An expert in the areas of Internet security and fraud management, Jon is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows, where he speaks on various topics including online fraud management, online privacy, and emerging technologies that protect online environments against fraud and abuse. Jon has served as a board advisor for the Merchant Risk Council, an organization of 7,500 merchants, vendors, financial institutions and law enforcement agencies that share the common goal of protecting and encouraging the thriving online commerce industry by establishing best practices for cyber-fraud prevention. Jon holds a B.S. in economics from Oregon State University.

Molly O'Hearn
Vice President, Operations and Co-Founder
Molly has over 30 years experience in the financial services and software technology industries. She has held senior executive management roles in marketing, public relations, corporate development and business operations. As Vice-President of Operations, Molly has overall responsibility for client management and human resources. She also serves on iovation’s Board of Directors. Prior to iovation, Molly was Vice President of Operations at ieLogic, a pioneer in the online gaming industry. Molly developed and managed the finance and business operations from the company’s inception. In addition, she served as a consultant to ieLogic’s international licensees in establishing or expanding their financial and business infrastructures. She helped drive the successful sale of the company four years later. Molly’s earlier career roles included B2B and B2C companies where she developed and executed strategic business plans that significantly grew annualized revenues while tightly managing the bottom line. Molly holds a B.S. from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. in Management from the University of Oregon.
